карта здесь ни причем. Надо довести до ума работу трансивера и стабильно увязать его с компьютером и
только после этого переходить к звуковой карте.

ката хорошая сам использую хонар u7 выносная,главное делай как тебе пишет Юра и будет тебе счастье,он так же помучился со мной,за что ему спасибо,всё у тебя получится не падай духом

| HI Yuri,again continuing in LPF,The HPF in the board works perfectly ,it has a good pass band and SWR response is also excellent.
For the LPF I came to see another design over internet and that will work fine (I simulated it,details are given below,).
I have not tried the new LPF ,instead I used only HPF in the final section.

Out put from the radio is still there even if we bring TUNE to zero.The same situation is for DRIVE is also exists.
The out put is almost 250mV peak which is a high value ,
Do you have any idea about this ?

The reason for the remainder of the carrier signal in this design is only a malfunction of the element base.
Residue suppression should be better than 50dB
To test, remove four capacitors between 4053 and 3157 first.
If the reason is gone, then the problem is in the 4053 microcircuit.
If the remainder of the carrier signal remains, the problem is in the XC574DT phase signal driver.

after desoldering four tantalum capacitor(10uf each),i tested again and there was no such carrier.I checked those two ICs and VCC is ok,If you have any other voltage reference for it ,please share it.
I think replacement is the only solution

| Hi again,I went through the circuit ,i could see these results.
In the case of IC 6 and IC 7 (CD74HC4053M),capacitor C55 and C57 posses that carrier at the input ,but not for C56 and C58, the carrier appear only when I increase TUNE(i think that is OK for c56 and c58).
Going back
There is something wrong with OP AMP DA 1,i didnot see a residual signal in pins 8 and 14,but i can see that residual signal in pins 7 and 1.
I didnot use inductor L32 and L 33 ,instead i short it using a 100OHM resistor(because I saw a correction in this forum that someone is suggesting to avoid that inductor).
I expect more for it ...73s

There are no such settings.
I guess there is no carrier residue. It is eliminated by the circuit.
There is a problem at the output of the sound card, because if you change the DRIVE level,
the parasitic signal changes. Therefore, the sound card is to blame - it is it that forms the NOISE.
To check the truth, you need to pull out the cable transmitting sound to the transceiver.

I checked like this,I pulled the line out cable from the module while the sdr in transmitt mode,NOTHING happened the residue is there.....
I replaced the chip MC33079d ,then that residue changed from pin 7 and 1 to pin 8 and 14 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY NEWS............
and finally the problem solved.
It was not the problem of sdr board or sound card or even OPAMP.
The guy who supplied me components is the problem.HE put 47K resistor in the bag and labelled as 4k7 ( WTF)......! it is my fate I havenot checked the value .............
Thanks YURI for your messages ,Now I can this to amplifier ,and I will let you know the result....

A high gain resulted in excess noise which you would observe as a residual spurious signal.
